Is it good to study computer Science in LPU?

Dear Devanshu, I would highly recommend LPU for the computer Science degree program. In fact, the B.Tech in CSE program at LPU is high in demand in terms of placements and quality education. I did MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brother is also studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are a few parameters I would like to share with you on why CSE is good at LPU. Great Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including National and Multinational companies visit LPU for placement. The maximum package availed by the student for CSE is INR 42 LPA. PEP Classes: LPU provides placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institution in India. Tie-ups with Industries: LPU has tie-ups with many reputed industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrade. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc. that help students to explore more in their field. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Hi, Yes, it is good to study computer Science in LPU. LPU offers computer Science in Diploma, B.Tech, B.Tech (Hons. ). B.Sc (Hons. ), M.Tech, and PhD. I did MBA from LPU and my friend done B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from LPU. Therefore, I am sharing a few highlights of this programme at LPU. Highly qualified faculty. Several specializations in the CSE such as Cyber Security, AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. In LPU, every year more than 90% of students are placed for CSE branch in many MNCs such Amazon, Code Nation, Infineon, etc. The highest package for the programme is 42 LPA. LPU provides many scholarships for bright and innovative students. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campus. As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. I was a student in the B.Tech CSE of 2012 batch, the knowledge that I gained while my course duration has helped me a lot in shaping my career. Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. I am saying this because I had completed the same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of the students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. Placements :Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. DURING PANDEMIC THE PLACEMENT 20202021 Cloud ERA has offered 31 Lacs Per annum (CSE) DURING 20192020 CODE NATION = 31 LPA.

CSE is one of the most sought-after programs these days. India being global hub of software and back-office industries, this field has immense job opportunities. You must know the parameters on which to compare. Some are mentioned as follows: Curriculum: The course curricula of any tech degree must be very unique and dynamic. It must be developed with extensive consultations with industry. Tech trainings: The must students undergo many training like cutting edge technologies of SAP, Workday, waterfall other MOOCs, Advance Excel and many more. These skills come in handy for the students not only at the time of interviews and tests but also throughout their careers. Soft skills: There must be a dedicated effort by college/university in continuous improvement of personality, soft skills, professional ethics, interview skills, public speaking, presentation style development etc. In students. These are must for placements as well as performance in the jobs. Exposure: The students must be exposed to large number of guest lectures and talks by industry experts, large number of events in university to enhance their organizing and networking kills, large number of social work initiatives to develop the right orientation and many more.
