Is it good to take chance in IIIT, Ranchi in special round according to previous year data of closing rank if my CRL rank is 91000 (OBC)?
91000 CRL rank & OBC rank 25000.

Yes ,you can take the chance. Special round previous rank can't be taken in consideration as it depends upon the student interest. But hope for good. You should apply for the IIIT Ranchi in special round.
