Is it good to take REC-Bijnor for CS or should I go for the spot round? I have paid 40,000 included counseling fee in REC-Bijnor.

In my view, REC - Bijnor is good for CS. Don't go for spot round. You know what makes a difference is how much hard work you do, whether it is whichever college.
