Hi rahul,
Distance learning is good for working professionals only as they can show their experience with their course , distance learning courses cant be worthful for free students , and apart from this yes you will get job if your degree is approved by UGC + DEC

It depends from which institute you have done you distance education. Universities like lovely, KSOU are recognized by UGC and AICTE. will definately help you to get job as Lovely is considered as one of the top 5 universities in INDIA.
