Ayush, there are much better options for studying engineering at places other than Russia. To tell you the truth India is one of the good options if you can get admission in a reputed engineering college. For further education after your B.E./B.tech or for specialization you may take a chance of goi

the main problem in studying out countries is language, communication...so i suggest you to do your engineering from English speaking country like USA and UK. UK is cheaper than usa in accommodation and college/university fees
