RICS School of Built Environment offers seats to candidates either based on their merit or entrance exam score. Candidates first need to apply for the course of their choice. For courses where admissions are merit-based, aspirants need to fulfil the eligibility requirements. For MBA, candidates need to qualify any of the Management entrance exam or Amity test. Students with a decent academic background can easily get a seat in the institute. However, the level of difficulty will depend on the course opted by the aspirants.
