HELBUS states that they have a philosophy of "allowing students to prove themselves in the actual studies instead of an agonizing admission process", and that applicants have a "very good chance of becoming admitted" if they have a previous undergraduate degree, can study in English, and have a recommendation from someone like a supervisor or teacher.&nbsp;</p>
