The other qualities that needs to be considered are communication skills, intelligence, maturity, willingness to embrace and promote the principles of holistic health, as well as the potential for personal growth. Applicants are required to complete an application and application essay. Additional documentation includes official transcripts, immunization records showing receipt of two doses of the MMR vaccine (as required by the New York State Health Department), and a recent physical.</p>
