Is it hard to get into Pitt State?

<p dir="ltr">As SAT/ACT scores are optional for international undergraduates, the chances of selection are higher if their <strong>GPA is 2.5</strong> or above on a 4.0 scale. However, students who aim for scholarships need to submit these scores. For Fall 2020, the university had an <strong>acceptance rate of 94%</strong> with admitted freshmen scoring<strong> 916 to 1185 in the SAT</strong> and <strong>19 to 24 in the ACT</strong>. Also, students from non-English speaking countries should focus on scoring maximum marks in the English language proficiency tests to increase their chances of admission.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Graduate applicants</strong> who want to enroll in <strong>MBA</strong> programs will be selected based on their GMAT/GRE. Though<strong> GMAT/GRE</strong> scores are not required for other graduate programs, most programs have additional requirements. For International MBA, a GMAT score (or GRE equivalent) of <strong>450</strong> or higher is required. Applicants must meet a minimum of <strong>1050</strong> points based on the formula: <strong>200 </strong>times the overall undergraduate GPA plus the GMAT (of 450 or higher).</p>
