Is it hard to get into University of Oxford?

Studyung in oxford univeristy is quite hard for the students. Competition is very high . Around 23000 applications are there among that only 3300 applicants are getting admission. Acxeptance rate is around 20% . Admissions test are conducted which is at a decent level. Its not hard that much like jee mains , jee advanced, neet and gate and upsc.
