Yes ! You sure can join any MBA program after your B.Tech. usually engineers go for MBA after their degree.
I would suggest you appearing for CAT/MAT etc for colleges like IIM,IIT, Lovely Professional University,Symbiosis etc.
After your MBA degree you would be eligible for various prestigious job
