ICAR accreditation proves that University has all the infrastructure, equipment and faculty to run this programme with full efficiency and desired affect. However the stringent norms of ICAR make it difficult for ordinary educators to get accreditation, LPU was the first and only private university of its time which got the ICAR approval. ICAR accreditation is not necessary for any University if approved by UGC. However the students of Universities having the ICAR accreditation are eligible for ICAR AIEEE PG courses in ICAR accredited Universities.
