Job perspective employers always prefer students who have taken the GMAT and scored well. This will now depend on your career plans and interests. Know your priorities and what you want. You can also attempt GRE in place of GMAT.

GMAT is a test that is solely designed with graduate-level business schools in mind. Most elite MBA programs across the globe those in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, as well as a few premier Indian MBAs treat GMAT as an essential and significant component in their admissions decisions. Hi,
It is important if you are planning for an MBA from a top-ranked university. But there are a couple of universities mainly in Europe which do not require GMAT. Even from job perspective employers always prefer students who have taken the GMAT and scored well. This will now depend on your career plans and interests. Know your priorities and what you want. You can also attempt GRE in place of GMAT.

    Hello,
You can give GRE too (if eligible). GMAT is widely accepted across the world by several esteemed B-schools, hence it is the most preferred/suggested choice.
