I am 25 yrs old, I did engineering. But I am very much passionate of cooking.

Hi,
No, you cannot do hotel management at all. But, you can go for Diploma courses which will help you to follow your dreams.
You can do that from IHMs.

I would then suggest you to go for culinary arts college. There are many college for culinary arts. Well, Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad is the best. Go through their website.
