Is it legal to pursue a degree course through distance education along with my regular Diploma?

    Hi,
    Distance education degree is legal and valid if you do it from recognized university under Distance Education Council. But, few courses not recognized by UGC and AICTE like distance mode B.Tech programme and BA LLB programme, etc.
    You need to check the university's status under UGC and Distance education council as well as the course status which you want to pursue.
