Is it legal to pursue M.Sc (maths) along with MBA in marketing and finance through distance mode?

I am in final year of M.Sc maths by distance mode.

    In distance mode you may opt for different courses simultaneously, however, to get the best I recommend you to choose one and work with passion.

    Dear Friend,
    In distance mode it is legally correct. But be prepared for answering at the interview time.
