Is it legal to pursue two degrees simultaneously? Will both of the certificates be valid together as the academic sessions of both are same?

As per UGC guidelines, you can do only one degree at a time in regular format. If you want to learn anything else along with your regular degree course, then you can do a Distance degree course/ certification course/Diploma course.
