Is it legal to qualify 2 courses together? I am doing a Diploma in pharmacy as a regular candidate. I want to do BA as a private candidate.

There is no law which prohibit simultaneous study of Diploma in Pharmacy and BA as a private candidate. However, if you are doing both under same university, you may have to seek registrar prior permission as some universities discourage this practice.

I am doing my intermediate (single subject biology) from UP board this year in private mode and along with D.Pharm. I am in the second year of D.Pharm. Can I pursue BA through distance simultaneously? Is it legal?
