Is it legal two Bachelor degree from distance mode if one is in final duration & one is 1st year?

Hi,
Sure it is legal (many people do this if they are unsure about the result of 1st). Make sure that these two degree should be from two different universities which are UGC affiliated and provide AICTE courses. I think the questions is not about legality but capability. If you are doing Bachelor's from distance mode, I am pretty much sure that you are planning for job simultaneously. Hence, 3 task (2 courses and 1 job) at same time is very hard to follow. No, you cannot take two degrees from distance both completion year has to be different. You cannot show them together. So its waste actually. Also it depends on course duration. If you have June as end in same year you can take new degree of other course as you pass the first. All the best.
