Is it legal two Bachelor degree from distance mode if one is in final duration & one is 1st year?

No, you cannot take two degrees from distance both completion year has to be different. You cannot show them together. So its waste actually. Also it depends on course duration. If you have June as end in same year you can take new degree of other course as you pass the first. All the best.
