Is it legally valid for a student to pursue an MA in correspondence and a B.Ed in regular mode simultaneously from 2 different universities?

What are the problems that may arise if I go for a government job? If it's valid, please give reference for the same. I want to know the laws associated with it. And please give me the name of the universities that allow their students to do the same. Thank you.
