Is it mandatory for me to have 16 years of education as I want to pursue MS in marketing or management from Germany?

Hi Abhilash,
16 years of education is not mandatory to study Master's degree in Germany. They accept 15 years or three years Bachelor's degree. You only need 16 years of education to study in USA and Canada.
