Is it mandatory for me to take maths in class 11th if I want to pursue medical course after class 12th?

Hi,
Well, it is not compulsory to take mathematics in class 11th because for medicine, it is not required but you have to study 2 topics of mathematics, i.e. derivatives and integration for your physics subject. According to me, you should not drop mathematics because if you didn't get admission in

For medicine, one needs to take PCB (physics, chemistry, biology) in class 11th. In that case, mathematics is automatically excluded.
