Definitely Mriganka, it is compulsory to qualify NATA exam for architecture course. NATA is conducted to assess the aptitude for Architecture. The cognitive skills, visual perception and aesthetic sensitivity tests, logical reasoning and critical thinking ability, etc. Are measured to SEE whether the applicant is fit for the job or not. There are many universities that offer B.Arch but I would share the details of the course from LPU. As an alumni of LPU, I can share the details for B.Arch in LPU. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. So, as per the website, Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for B.Arch is to Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English Physics Chemistry and Mathematics and pass with 50% aggregate marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics or pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government.
