If you are applying for an M.Tech course at Anna University, you must take the CEETA PG TANCET exam even if you have a valid GATE score. Some other colleges may allow you to apply for admission to M.Tech on the basis of your GATE score. However, the Anna University has stated in its eligibility requirements that applicants who have a valid score in GATE 2021, 2022, or 2023 and have earned the necessary marks for an assistantship in engineering Science (XE) or life Science (XL) papers should also sit for CEETA-PG 2023.
