<p><strong>No dear, its not mandatory to appear in LPUNEST test for admission in LPU .&nbsp;</strong></p><p>There are various courses offered in LPU . In some courses, test is compulsory to qualify in order to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the same, whereas in others, you can take direct admission . However, you can apply for LPUNEST test only to get scholarship in course fees also . The&nbsp; test will be conducted in both online and offline modes .&nbsp;</p><p>Moreover, you can choose any mode as per your choice while slot booking of exam. The test will be computer based completely. You are not allowed to use any pen, paper or calculator etc. during exam, &nbsp; otherwise your exam will be cancelled from the backend by the test team . You will get syllabus, question paper pattern etc. all the test related material for preperation&nbsp; to crack test with good marks as well .&nbsp;</p><p>Thank you .&nbsp;</p>

This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programs at LPU.</p><p>The scholarship is awarded to those students who score more than or equal to the cutoff marks. The cut-off is based on the number of applicants, number of vacant seats, marks score in the entrance test.</p><p>LPUNEST scholarship is applicable for every semester through the complete duration of the course and remains the same.</p>

<p>Hi, </p><p>LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) is a simple test like JEE Mains, but there is&nbsp;no negative marking&nbsp;in it. You can give this exam at your home or in a test center. At home, there are some conditions, you should a laptop and a mobile, internet speed minimum 1MBPS, isolated room required while giving exam. LPUNEST is not compulsory for all programmes such BCA, B.Sc. (Physics), etc.</p><p>Minimum marks (cut off) in the LPUNEST to get admission in LPU could vary from&nbsp;30–50%. Also, you can get scholarship upto 60% in B.Tech. (CSE) and upto 70% in other courses except B.Tech. (CSE) on the basis of LPUNEST. I want to suggest one thing, you should follow the rules and regulation while giving exam. If you would not follow the instructions (especially, if student would do cheating), exam will get cancelled and student would be unable to take admission.</p><p>Also, student can give 2 attempts of LPUNEST to give their best in exam. So, I suggest you to attempt all questions. Moreover, you can take previous year question paper from website.</p>
