It may or may not be mandatory for you to attend an orientation session but it is always a good idea to attend the same. You will be able to gather knowledge related to the course requirements, academic programmes, registration formalities, etc. You will be told about the college counselling facilities, help centres, libraries, fitness clubs, placement cells, and much more. Students will also get to know about the safety measures applied to the college campus and other rules and regulations.
