Is it mandatory to be a student of Karnataka for pursuing BE or B.Tech from Karnataka, Bangalore?

Hello,
Any student other than those belonging to Karnataka also can pursue their Bachelor of engineering courses in the state of Karnataka. The only restriction is government colleges or government aided colleges. They restrict admissions to students who belong to Karnataka and who had given KCET e

COMEDK is basically for admission into the 1st year. I will let you know the procedure for lateral entry in private colleges in Karnataka. My observation: I am sure you will not be interested in admission in any private college, right? You would be interested in reputed colleges like Manipal etc. Ri
