Is it mandatory to come along with parents/guardian during submission of certificate & fee payment after TANCET counselling?

Parents are not required. The student alone can come and complete the formalities. Considering that you have to stay in hostel, we encourage parents to come and see the hostel and other facilities at the time of admission.
