Is it mandatory to have 2 years of experience before joining any college abroad even after qualifying GMAT exam?

Hello, It is an important aspect but it can be waived off, if an applicant has absolutely outstanding profile. Qualifying in GMAT won't be enough. Brilliant academic performance, co-curricular activities, awards and achievements and so on are evaluated.

There is no specific work experience that can be be pin pointed. Applicants are from various professional backgrounds. You must choose a job role or whatever work you do try demonstrating your skills, most importantly leadership, teamspirit, innovative skills etc.
