Is it mandatory to have biology in 12th if want to pursue MBA for hospital management?

As per the Eligibility Criteria at LPU (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT^ and Interview. So as per this, there is no requirement of Biology in 12th for pursuing this course. LPU is known for its MBA. For MBA programme, the eligibility criteria at Lovely Professional University is Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, and Interview.
