Yes, it is mandatory to have prior work experience of 2-3 years after graduation to be eligible to pursue MBA from good universities abroad.
However there are some universities abroad which do offer admission in MBA program to students with no work experience, however it is advisable not to pu

No there is no need to have work experience to o for MBA from abroad you only have to clear a English proficiency test
