To pursue BCA, it is not much compulsory to have the subjects, physics, chemistry, mathematics as the main subjects, as in BCA the majority of the subjects are related to computers. And, definitely you have to choose one or two subjects of your choice among chemistry or mathematics. So, there is no such compulsion to choose all the subjects as the main subjects.

Hi,
It depends upon universities. Generally, physics and chemistry are not at all required as they have no relevance with BCA but maths is compulsory in almost all universities in India at 10+2 level. So be careful while choosing your subjects and take up maths at 10+2 if you want to do BCA and also to secure your career.
