Hello, Yes, it mandatory to pass JEE and Advance to get admission in IIT. Not only pass, but you have to have a good rank to reach it. All the best.

Yes, it is mandatory to clear JEE mains and advance too. For IIT and for CSE, you need a good rank too under 2000 or 3000.

You have to clear the entrance exams provided you must have above 75% in boards.
