In private colleges, qualifying NEET (40 percentile—usually ~ 110 to 132 marks) is enough for eligibility, but the actual closing scores are usually higher due to demand. Expect SC seats to close well below General, but still meaningfully above the qualifying floor. Budget wise, plan INR 30 to 50 lakh total (tuition + hostel), varying by college. Track MCC AIQ + State CET Cell Maharashtra separately.

The highest tuition fee for the Maharashtra NEET counselling is for MBBS course, which is INR 1,38,000. This is followed by BDS course, which is INR 1,04,000. For other courses like BAMS, BUMS, BASLP, etc., the fee is INR 52,000. The amount may vary this year, and will be updated here in that case.

A General category student must secure an AIR rank of 50,000 or above to get an MBBS seat in a good college. Candidates must note that this is a predictive cutoff rank and not an absolute data. The actual cutoff data or rank will be relesed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) after the conclusion of the counselling process for Maharashtra NEET.
