Is it mandatory to stay in hostel? Are there AC rooms available? Does it allow dual specialisation. If yes, which is compulsory?

Hostel is not compulsory, you can stay in your preferred place. AC rooms are not available here. In MBA you can opt for dual specialisation, one major and another minor specialisation. Nothing is compulsory everything is up to your choice.
