Is it mandatory to submit GPA to percentage conversion certificate from the university while appearing for job interviews with army or navy?
Many colleges using GPA system. But in SSB and many more govt Interviews they are asking for percentages. So is it necessary to submit percentage conversion certificate from University as a proof.

Yes, they require because other candidates percentage cannot be compared with yours.
