Is it mandatory to submit official paper transcripts along with my UMass Amherst application?

It is important for the international students to submit atleast a scanned copy of their transcripts, failing which the application will not be evaluated. Once your admission is confirmed to the university for an MS or PhD course, you can mail or bring the official document to the university a day before your semester begins.
