Yes, it is. The Rajiv being that IIMs don't consist only CAT scores for admission, they also look at your profile, which includes tenth and twelfth marks, work experience, etc.
Even the leads to only an interview call, post which you need to Crack the interview and HD (if there)
Interviews can vary a lot from. Interviewer to interviewer. And it depends a lot on how you take your interview. Would recommend that you read a few GDpi experiences online -
Not at all. You just need to be honest and well-versed about what everything you've mentioned in the application form and other questions like "Why MBA?", "Why MBA from this college/university?", etc. The interview process is based on selection, and not rejection. So, unless you yourself screw up the interview, you are very likely to get selected. Of course, you need to have a great score(95+ percentile) to be considered for the interview rounds. Plus other factors also need to be in your favor, like good academic scores, work-ex, etc. Cracking an MBA interview is not difficult by any means. Good luck!

No, it is just a perception. Personal Interview includes a background analysis of your academics, work ex, current affairs and HR questions on your strengths, weaknesses and career goals.
