Is it must to have 16 years of study in india inorder to do ms?

Im currently doing bsc in subjects microbiology,biotech and chemistry with 60% so after dis course i will be completing only 15 yrs of study so is there any chance for me to do msc in usa if not tell me what should i do for an year to get eligible to do msc in usa?

In the usa whichever course you choose it requires 4 years for completion .though in india some courses require 3 yrs of education making it to 15 yrs of overall education .there are some university in usa which considers 15 years of education DEPENDING UPON THE COURSE YOU CHOOSE.
