Is it necessary for a graduate to have work experience in order to pursue MBA in IB in the USA?

No, it is not necessary. But, if you have work experience, it will give you enhance your profile.

It is not mandatory to have work experience for MBA abroad. However, it is preferable to have work experience to increase your chances of selection in Tier I B-schools and also for better learning.
