Is it necessary for a university to get the approval of NCTE to conduct a Diploma course in education like NTT or B.Ed?

Yes, institution must fulfill all the prescribed conditions related to norms and standards as prescribed by the NCTE for conducting the course or training in teacher education. Thanks.
