Is it necessary for an SC candidate to score 65% in class 12th in order to get admission in NIT for B.Tech?

    For SC/ST candidates to take admission in NITs, candidates require qualifying marks of min 65%, or they have to be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards in 10+2 stage.
