Is it necessary for me to send my mid-term mark sheet of class 12th to Canadian universities along with my predicted score?

You cannot skip the process whatsoever until and unless the university permits you to do so. Quite obviously, if you are still in class 12th, you must submit the predicted scores and mid-term mark sheet. Please contact the university directly for further university specific query.
