dear abhishek, good univesity in the sense tht ur university frm where u r doing bba shud be approved by AICTE. thereafter, u shud select tht university which is also approved by AICTE for doing mba. for seeking admission in Mba u should have done Bba from any authorised institution or university and minimum 60% is definetly necessary to appear in the entrance exams of the renowned Mba institutions
