is it necessary that to get a job in soft industry the candidates profile must be of above 70.00% from highschool onwards...?

some students who fail to secure that % will it means tht they didnot get a job? i hve 49.00% in class tenth from ICSE Board , 58.00% in 12th from CBSE Board, 70.00% in B.C.A. now if i do M.C.A from G.L..A university mathura.......will it be benificial 4 me to get a good job after that..
