Depending upon which college you apply to in Delhi University, you'll have to write that college-specific entrance exam if not they take you based on your academic merit. You can prepare CA alongside as B.Com contains all the topics related to CA.

It depends upon college to college if you want to do B.Com from DU-SOL then you don't have to appear for entrance exam but to you want to go regular classes then you need to give entrance for getting admission in Delhi university.
