Sony it is not necessary to give JEE to get admission in B.Tech after diploma. For lateral entry I.e. admission to 2nd year of B.Tech you can also give LEET or opt for good private universities which will also offer you admission on the basis of your marks in diploma. They offer world class environment to students along with good placements. Some even offer good scholarships to students. Check their websites. Good luck.
