Is it necessary to attend both bio and math in IISER aptitude test? I don't have math in my class 12.

    No, it's not compulsory, but you will be asked questions from all four subjects in the exam. Each subject has 45 marks in total, i.e., total marks of the test is 180 out of which around 105 marks are safe for you to get your first preference. But it's better to prepare subject you don't have (in this case Maths, as there are some basic questions which you can do with little practice).
