Dear Gurdeep, you can go for M.A. Psychology without being a Psychology graduate. Universities like LPU, IGNOU, IILM, etc. Are offering admission on basis of graduation. Both LPU and IGNOU are quite famous universities with good records. LPU is even known for the good placements that it is offering. For more information, check the websites of the universities for details. Good luck.
