Hi,
GATE is only valid in India. You can pursue your GRE exam. Get in touch with the university website. Hope this helps. Thanks!

if you want to do your master from abroad than their is not requirement of GATE. ( only few Asian universities recognized it but they also accept GRE or TOEFL). So GRE is enough to get admission in Canada
